The mission of Sleep Dimension is to explain the principles of sleep, sleep stages, explore sleep problems, as well as solutions. Sleep is something very few people really understand, such as the the bodily changes that occur, what causes them, the progressive stages of sleep, and in general, what happens when you traverse over the sleep barrier from which you cannot report back, with the exception of the possible dream memory.
Our goal is to provide the general public with useful information about the dynamics of sleep, how it relates to everyday life, and staying healthy. In addition, we will explore what sleep is, it's importance, the difficulties associated with it, and suggested solutions. We endeavor to provide comprehensive information covering the many facets of sleep behavior as well as current information as current information from leading researchers around the world.

This natural behavior that makes up nearly a third of our lives has gradually been giving up it's guarded secrets, and has proved to be far more complex and fascinating than anyone ever thought.
